Sharice Davids First General Election Campaign Ad
Sharice Davids campaign releases first ad of general election, spotlights her dedication to service
Sharice Davids’ campaign today released their first ad of the 2018 general election. The ad entitled “Service” highlights Davids’ background in public service and her roots in Kansas.
“Kansans want a representative who listens to us and who and acts for their values, interests, and communities,” Davids said. “I have a proven track record of service--it’s part of who I am-- and I will always put Kansas, not the special interests, first.”
Sharice Davids is a proud Kansan raised by a single mom and Army veteran who was stationed at Ft. Leavenworth. After graduating from Johnson County Community College, Davids went on to earn an Ivy League law degree. She wants others to have the same opportunities to achieve their goals. That is why she has focused her career, including her service as a White House fellow, on bringing more opportunities to all communities and middle class families to help them get ahead. In Congress, Davids will continue her work by expanding access to affordable health care, strengthening public schools, making college more affordable, and investing in infrastructure to help create more good paying jobs
